Lucy Webb and WIF Park City – Golden Goody Award

The Goody Awards for social good honored Producer/Actor Lucy Webb and her Women In Film in Park City Committee with a Golden Goody Award (aka Oscar for social good) at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. With over 250+ film industry professionals at their annual filmmakers brunch in Park City, Utah, Cathy Schulman, WIF President and President of Mandalay Pictures, helped us with the presentation since we lost our voice (literally.)

This top honor was presented in recognition of the WIF in Park City team’s support of female filmmakers for almost a decade. Goody Awards Founder Liz H Kelly thanked WIF in Park City for providing film grants to deserving female artists ($30,000 in grants were presented at this event), hosting a directors panel (6 Directors spoke on a Female Voices – Women Who Dare Panel), and for creating a friendly venue for women to network with industry professionals at the festival.
