Net Impact Los Angeles Chapter Recognizes Gayle Northrop
For Empowering EcoSocial Intrapreneurs, Entrepreneurs and Organizations
Net Impact Los Angeles Chapter extends its gratitude by recognizing Principal and President of Northrop Nonprofit Consulting, Gayle Northrop, with a Hero Goody Awards tag as part of the Goody Awards Pay Good Forward Program.
Gayle Northrop has dedicated her career to helping organizations and leaders strengthen skills, streamline internal systems, improve service delivery, and more effectively identify and communicate the impact of their work. Gayle has generously supported Net Impact Los Angeles Chapter efforts in establishing a social enterprise resource development program to assist multiple intrapreneurs, entrepreneurs and organizations in furthering their sustainability initiatives and purpose driven missions.
Gayle’s enthusiasm, passion and commitment to helping social enterprises succeed that are dedicated to creating social and environmental impact is admirable. She served as a key facilitator in establishing the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Net Impact UCLA Anderson Chapter and Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC) collaboration for developing the mental healthcare organization’s social enterprise business plan.
This CFGC partnership helped the 51 year-old nonprofit support its strategic plan goals to broaden its services and programs, and ensure financial sustainability. As an outcome of her support, CFGC is better positioned to enhance its mental health outcomes, improve the quality of life for more underserved children and families, and raise the socio-economic status of our communities.
Thank you Gayle for your support and please accept our Hero Goody Award tag in appreciation of your service to our network and community.
Sincerely,
Brandon Smith
President
Net Impact Los Angeles Chapter
