Ai Lee Syarief honored with Hero Goody Award by Activist Stephanie Berner

I’m giving Ai Lee Syarief a Hero Goody Award tag because she changed my life!

Two years ago, I stumbled upon the Strong Nation DVD. I got hooked immediately (awesome music and fun moves!). Strong Nation is a High Intensity Interval Training synced to original music. With that DVD, I discovered this absolutely amazing person, Ai Lee. 

She’s the Strong Nation Lead Master Trainer and one of the program’s developers. 

I had been looking for a fun way to exercise for years, tried different things, and it never lasted long. But with this program and with Ai Lee’s incredible talent and skills, her motivation and kindness, I became quickly addicted and a big fan! I take a class almost every day.

Seeing her posts and stories, joining her classes keeps me motivated and always puts a smile on my face! She’s absolutely amazing to watch. She’s super busy but always finds the time to answer questions or interact with people. She’s very sweet and giving, and she really cares for our planet (the environment is something I care deeply about too). She also always stays humble, even if she’s a big star!

Ai Lee Syarief really changed my life – and the life of so many others!! I feel so great thanks to this amazing program. I feel more confident and less anxious. Watching her, getting trained by her, and looking up to someone so inspiring… I feel super lucky. She’s my hero!
